Sunday Nite Alive

Sunday Nite Alive

Community UMC offers new programs for all ages from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. each Sunday starting September 11. Once a month we will have Family Fun Nights with all ages joining together. The rest of the month, families will meet in the Sanctuary at 4:00 for music, then break for activities. Sunday Nite Alive will not meet on the fifth Sunday of the month.

Children

Childcare is available during Sunday Nite Alive for infants through pre-kindergarteners in the Nursery. Please call the church office at (630)355-1483 if you will need childcare.

Club K2, for children in kindergarten through grade 2, meets in room 205.

IGNITE, for children in grades 3 through 5, meets in room 207. Children in IGNITE may want to increase their involvement by becoming an acolyte or greeter at Sunday services.

Contact Maria Wilcox, Director of Christian Education, for more information.

Youth

All high school students are welcome to join us for SHYFt (grades 9 through 12) and JHYF (grades 6 through 8) on Sunday nights from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. to have fun and meet new people. It's a great place to be if you just want to connect with other high school students.

Gather in the Sanctuary at 4:00 p.m. for music led by the Uth Band. JHYF will then meet in room 306 and SHYFt in room 303.

Contact Nick Giannasi, Director of Youth Ministries, for more information.

Adults

Adults will meet in the Parlor for discussions on parenting topics, including Family Matters, Parenting Teens, and Grandparenting, and for special guest speakers.

Scott Andrews, a missionary from Strong Missions in Costa Rica, joins Sunday Nite Alive on September 18. Scott will discuss international missions in the Sanctuary from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
