Orange Dip
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 Tbs. frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. orange extract
Gingersnaps cookies, for dipping
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, juice concentrate, 1 tsp.
orange peel and extract.
Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended and fluffy.
Spoon into a serving dish.
Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp. orange peel over dip.
Serve with gingersnaps as dippers.
