CRANBERRY CRUNCH COOKIES

 

CREAM:

            1 stick of butter

            1 ¼  cups dark brown sugar

 

WHISK TOGETHER, THEN ADD TO CREAMED MIXTURE:

            1 egg

            1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract

            1 ½ tsp orange extract

           

MIX AND ADD TO WET MIXTURE:

            1 ¼  cups craisins

            1 cup finely ground graham crackers

            1 cup roasted slivered almonds

            1 cup oatmeal

            ¾ cup flour

            ¾ tsp cinnamon

            ½ tsp baking soda

            ¼ tsp salt

 

SHAPE INTO BALLS AND ROLL IN:

            Raw sugar

           

 

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 10 -12 MINUTES

DON’T OVERBAKE!

THEN TAKE THEM OUT—EVEN IF THEY LOOK UNDERDONE
