The active support of Missions work is an inviting witness to Christ in the world today. Jesus said "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength" and Love your neighbor as yourself" (Mark 12:30)

Missions support is an integral part of the At Community United Methodist Church (CUMC) identity and focus. CUMC continues to increase its mission engagement through financial support and volunteers. Would you like to learn more about our mission trips? Are you interested in a mission experience?

Each year the Missions team supports 6 Special Sundays used to promotes United Methodist initiatives. Would you like to see some of the things that we support?

Christmas and Easter are special for all Christians. Here at CUMC we believe in actively exercising our Christian values through special appeals. Check out more details on our holiday programs.

We are a Rainbow Covenant Church. For 8 consecutive years CUMC has been honored by the Northern Illinois Conference with the Phillip William Otterbein Award in recognition for highest amount contributed to Advance Specials through the Rainbow Covenant.
